Our returns and exchanges are free under the guarantee (no additional refund administration fees or shipping costs), which means we will cover all costs of returns and exchanges.If the product you receive is defective or broken, or not what you want with your purchase, please contact our Customer Experience Team at info@lovegodherself.com to initiate a return or exchange. Return Conditions:

1. After arrival, you have 30 days to decide whether the items are right for you. Please offer your order number and the products that you would like to return when contacting us.

2. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

3. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

3) Purchased from a third-party seller.

4) Lost /Damage caused by customers.
